Lottie is building an AI operating system for social care, combining a B2B2C marketplace (helping families find care), a vertical SaaS platform for care providers (Found), and an AI agent (Eliza) that handles family calls and chats. The company has raised £25m+ from tier-1 VCs (Accel, General Catalyst) and is recognized as one of Europe's fastest-growing tech companies. You will join as a commercially-minded Senior Data Analyst partnering with Commercial, Finance, and Product teams. Your mission is to help Lottie create value from its data and shape business strategy through analytics. Key responsibilities: - Ship the full analytics stack: pipelines, dashboards, experiments, and stakeholder narratives, using AI to accelerate every step. - Embed AI into team workflows: prompt engineering, AI-assisted analysis in Hex, faster iteration in Metabase, and automation that multiplies impact. - Coach colleagues on self-serve analytics, moving beyond dashboards to confident use of AI and Metabase. - Back strategy with data by working with leadership on major commercial questions, building deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, and turning insights into decisions. - Drive commercial growth through data by using BigQuery and Hex to spot acquisition opportunities and demonstrate platform value. - Unlock product intelligence by analyzing how care providers use Found, running experiments to understand cause-and-effect, and communicating value across the business. - Enable financial excellence and board-level reporting by working with Finance to optimize processes, ensure accuracy, and support board narratives. - Transform ad-hoc requests into self-serve dashboards, scoping requests thoughtfully and pushing back when appropriate. The role is hybrid with 2 core office days per week at London Bridge. You'll work in a lean, fast-paced team with big ambitions and significant freedom to shape how Lottie uses data. Requirements: - 4+ years in data analytics with strong technical skills and speed of execution. - Proficiency in SQL; ability to review, question, and fix AI-generated queries. - Commercial mindset: natural ability to understand business context, identify opportunities, probe deeper, challenge assumptions, and deliver insights that move the needle on commercial outcomes. - Practical AI fluency: already using tools like Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or Hex AI in day-to-day analytics with demonstrated before/after impact on speed or quality. - Exceptional problem-solving: proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, comfort with ambiguity, ability to break down abstract requirements into actionable solutions. - Compelling communication: proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders from technical teams to non-technical commercial leaders; can translate complex analyses into clear narratives and confidently scope/decline requests. - Analytical rigor: demonstrated numerical and statistical aptitude through work, studies, or projects; ability to select and explain appropriate analytical approaches. - Business acumen: ability to quickly grasp how a business works. Marketplace or GTM experience is a plus, but B2B, B2C, or consultancy backgrounds work if you learn fast. - Familiarity with BigQuery, Dataform, Metabase, and Hex is helpful but not essential if you've used comparable tools. - Mission alignment: the role requires genuine resonance with elevating later-life care. - Collaborative mindset: preference for working as part of a fast-paced team, comfort with ambiguity, and prioritization of impact over perfection.
