Doma Technology is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own and evolve Looker, the business intelligence platform that powers Operations teams' real-time reporting. You'll be the primary point of contact for Looker across the company, managing connectivity between Snowflake and source data systems, building and maintaining dashboards for SLAs, exception management, escalations, and vendor management, and ensuring data quality and provenance.
Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end Looker ecosystem—from data pipelines to dashboard design and LookML models—and partnering with Finance, Data Science, and other business units on their reporting needs. You'll play a critical role in day-to-day operational decision-making by delivering rapid insights on turnaround times, hands-on time reporting, and performance metrics.
An exciting forward-looking component of this role involves designing and building an agentic reporting layer on top of the existing data infrastructure. You'll work hands-on with AI/LLM-based reporting agents to enable business users to self-serve ad hoc questions without filing tickets, combining your data expertise with emerging AI/agentic analytics tooling.
You bring 3–5 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science across varied contexts (startups and enterprises, consumer and B2B). You have deep hands-on experience with Looker (LookML, dashboard design, data modeling), can write complex SQL joins fluently, and are proficient in Python and git. You communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders across Operations, Product, and leadership.
Ideal candidates have hands-on experience building or configuring AI/LLM-based reporting agents, owning data pipelines between warehouses and BI tools, experience with data quality and governance at scale, or domain knowledge in risk, real estate, title, or insurance. Doma solves critical problems for lenders, real estate professionals, title agents, and homeowners, making closings simpler, more efficient, and more cost-effective.
