Twilio is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Customer Experience Ops Customer Intelligence team. This role focuses on providing actionable insights into strategic operations initiatives through quantitative analysis, technical systems, and analytics leadership.
You will work with technical program managers to inject data into decision-making and planning, defining OKRs, designing insight-generating reports and dashboards, and partnering cross-functionally to source and process product data. Using SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau, you'll communicate product insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, standardizing and maintaining metrics, models, datasets, and dashboards.
Key responsibilities include sourcing and leveraging data for time-critical and strategic decision-making, partnering with leaders to roll out and enable adoption of dashboards and metrics, and working closely with product leadership to monitor and improve product performance. You'll collaborate with data producers and consumers during the product development lifecycle to ensure consistent data quality and availability for reporting post-launch, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
Required qualifications: 3-5 years of professional experience performing quantitative analysis, building dashboards and reports, and converting ambiguous data into actionable results in fast-paced environments. You must demonstrate strategic thinking and the ability to initiate and complete projects with minimal guidance. Proficiency in SQL and SQL-like relational data languages is essential, along with a minimum of 2 years of Tableau experience developing and managing dashboards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
