Delinea is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its Data Science & Analytics team in Mexico City (hybrid: Tue–Thu in office at Reforma). This role sits at the intersection of data modeling, application development, and applied AI, owning the full lifecycle of analytical solutions that drive business decisions across the B2B SaaS platform.
You will design, develop, and ship production Streamlit applications that translate company and go-to-market requirements into usable data products. Responsibilities include building and optimizing Snowflake data models to support analytics and AI-driven products, ensuring scalable and efficient queries power high-quality datasets. A core expectation is AI-first development: you'll use AI tools daily for design, build, test, and maintenance—applying prompt engineering and modern AI techniques to accelerate delivery.
A key part of the role is operationalizing AI/ML into applications. You'll integrate data science team outputs—traditional ML models, RAG endpoints, and agentic LLM services—into user-facing Streamlit apps, owning the last mile from model to production. This includes wiring in model and data services, designing user experience, and maintaining performance and reliability. You'll also build and maintain supporting BI reporting in tools like Power BI where full applications aren't needed.
Collaboration is central: you'll partner with GTM, sales ops, customer success, and initiative owners to identify high-impact opportunities and translate business intent into the right data product. You'll communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, standing behind the accuracy of the numbers your apps surface.
