Salary: CAD 100,000 - 125,000 / annual

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll join the data team to build analytics and data infrastructure for a newer business line. Your responsibilities include strengthening production dashboards and data onboarding pipelines that stakeholders depend on daily, then designing new data models largely from scratch. You'll identify additional data sources to enhance analysis and work directly with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to translate business questions into clear, trustworthy analysis. Key responsibilities: - Build, maintain, and improve production dashboards and data pipelines using tools like dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake - Design and construct new data models from the ground up, identifying data sources that strengthen analysis - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics and reporting - Build reliable, well-tested, production-ready pipelines - Leverage AI tooling to accelerate analysis, pipeline development, and iteration - Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences - Own projects end-to-end from scoping through delivery - Contribute to data documentation and governance as infrastructure matures Required qualifications: - 5+ years (ideally 6–7 years) in analytics engineering, data analytics, or related field - Strong SQL expertise with comfort working across large or complex datasets - Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau or Power BI) - Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Track record of owning and delivering projects end-to-end with project management experience - Collaborative, energetic communicator who works well in close-knit teams Nice-to-have skills include consumer credit/lending analytics background, fintech or SaaS fintech experience, AI tool integration, Python or other coding languages, and experience with dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake.
