As a Senior Data Analyst, you will own analytics for the Education (Experience Curriculum) business, a subscription/ecommerce offering. Your primary focus will be driving go-to-market insights, retention analysis, and financial reporting while optimizing the broader customer journey across Post-Sales functions. Key responsibilities include: - Partner regularly with Education stakeholders to understand data needs and translate metrics into actionable business recommendations - Develop and maintain core Education and Post-Sales data models and pipelines using SQL and dbt, ensuring accuracy and reliability - Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports in Sigma and Tableau to track retention, GTM, and customer-health KPIs - Own weekly business review (WBR) source files and underlying pipelines, delivering validated, goal-aligned reports to leadership - Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, accelerate analyses, and build reusable data infrastructure You bring 2–4 years of data analytics or business intelligence experience, ideally with subscription, ecommerce, or Post-Sales domain expertise. You are proficient in SQL, data transformation tools like dbt, and BI platforms such as Sigma or Tableau. You have a track record of building and owning comprehensive dashboard suites that serve as single sources of truth for reporting. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical information for all organizational levels are essential. Experience with Salesforce is a bonus. This is a remote role requiring availability during standard US working hours (any 8-hour shift between 9am–8pm EST).
