Immersive Labs is seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Security Consultant to join the Customer Success team based in Saudi Arabia, covering the METNA region. The role bridges pre-sales and post-sales engagement, positioning you as the technical value champion for the Immersive One platform—a leading cyber resilience solution trusted by 30%+ of the Fortune 100.
You will be an embedded, long-term consultant dedicated to strategic customer accounts throughout their lifecycle. Unlike transactional consulting, this is a continuous partnership where you serve as a trusted advisor, helping organizations achieve cyber resilience maturity. Your responsibilities span the entire customer journey: identifying technical requirements, conducting proof-of-concepts, delivering executive-level demonstrations, and driving platform adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and define prospective customers' technical requirements and use-cases, aligning them with Immersive's value proposition
- Engage C-suite executives and technical teams through in-depth solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept management
- Act as a security advisor throughout the technical sales cycle, building cyber skills programs and facilitating crisis simulations
- Partner with key customers to understand business objectives and cybersecurity initiatives
- Establish strategies and roadmaps to drive cyber workforce resilience programmatically
- Deliver routine Executive Business Reviews to C-level stakeholders
- Recommend improvements to current programs and suggest new initiatives based on cybersecurity expertise
- Drive adoption to maximize platform value and ROI
- Stay informed of evolving threats, trends, and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams as the voice of the customer
- Support operationalization of Immersive One into customer cybersecurity programs
- Function as escalation point and primary liaison between sales, product leadership, and client accounts
- Assist Customer Success Managers in delivering Executive Business Reviews with executive-level insights
This role requires deep cybersecurity knowledge, consultative selling skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. You'll work with Fortune 100 companies like Citi, Pfizer, Humana, and HSBC, helping them prove AI can be adopted safely and teams can develop and defend at AI speed.
