Project44 is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a named portfolio of enterprise accounts across North America. You will serve as the primary strategic partner for your accounts, directly accountable for gross revenue retention (GRR), net revenue retention (NRR), and account health.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own a named portfolio of enterprise accounts with full accountability for renewal forecasting, risk identification, and churn prevention
- Build and execute joint success plans translating customer supply chain objectives into structured adoption roadmaps
- Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) connecting platform outcomes to customer business goals
- Own escalation management, coordinating cross-functional resolution across Product, Engineering, and Support
- Represent the voice of customers internally, channeling product feedback and competitive signals to Product and Enablement teams
- Work North American business hours (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST) from Bengaluru, building trusted relationships with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders

Required qualifications:
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Tech Touch, Product Specialist, or Project Management roles
- SaaS company experience
- Proven track record owning and growing named books of enterprise accounts with accountability for GRR, NRR, and renewal outcomes
- Experience facilitating EBRs/QBRs with VP and C-suite stakeholders
- Advanced AI fluency: hands-on proficiency with Claude and other AI tools to prepare customer interactions, draft documentation, and analyze account patterns
- Data fluency: ability to pull and interpret adoption reports, build churn/expansion narratives from behavioral signals, and present findings to customers and leadership
- Comfortable operating across cultures and time zones with confident communication
Preferred: Supply chain, logistics, or freight technology domain experience.
