Chainguard is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for enterprise customers in the EU region. You will own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through adoption and expansion, working across Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Product, and Engineering teams to drive successful implementations and customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: developing business success plans aligned with customer goals and internal requirements; acting as the voice of the customer within the organization and advocating for their needs; collaborating with Technical Support and Customer Engineering on issue resolution; building hands-on technical expertise in Chainguard's supply chain security platform; delivering training and education on product features and security best practices; and managing relationships across multiple customer stakeholder levels (from technical teams to CISOs) to identify renewal and expansion opportunities while minimizing churn.
You will take full ownership of your customer portfolio with high autonomy, making strategic decisions about escalations, risk mitigation, and internal advocacy. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset—you'll often build new processes and practices to serve customers effectively.
Required: 5+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, or related) with experience collaborating across technical and business teams. Domain knowledge in supply chain security, DevSecOps, AppSec, containers, regulatory compliance, or vulnerability management is essential. You must demonstrate strategic thinking, high emotional intelligence, strong priority management, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Strongly preferred: early-stage startup experience, passion for technology and cybersecurity, and hands-on technical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, Linux, or security infrastructure.
