As Senior Customer Success Manager for General Manufacturing, you will own the strategic relationship and long-term success for a portfolio of Tulip's largest manufacturing customers. You'll build executive-level relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders, driving adoption and value realization by aligning Tulip's platform to each customer's operational goals. Your responsibilities include monitoring account health, running regular business reviews, leading renewal and retention strategy, identifying expansion opportunities, and partnering with Sales to drive new revenue.
You'll coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services) to deliver measurable customer impact. The role requires deep expertise in manufacturing operations, shop-floor implementation, and enterprise systems (MES, ERP). You'll communicate clearly across all organizational levels—from shop-floor operators to C-level executives—and use data-driven approaches to measure and communicate customer value.
Required qualifications: 6+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing consulting with enterprise account portfolio ownership; direct experience implementing manufacturing, industrial, or operational change; proven track record driving renewals, expansion, and net revenue retention; ability to lead executive presentations with VP+ stakeholders; experience in multicultural business environments; and up to 20% travel. Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Master's preferred.
