Zeta Global is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager based in Hasselt, Belgium to drive growth, satisfaction, and retention of a regional portfolio of clients using the Selligent platform (omni-channel marketing cloud).
You will be the primary point of contact for account management, responsible for understanding each client's business goals and helping them leverage Zeta's capabilities to execute Consumer First Marketing programs. This is a hybrid role combining strategic account development with hands-on client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retain, grow, and develop accounts through regular interaction with clients and partners, including periodic onsite visits
- Identify opportunities within clients' marketing and communication strategies where Zeta products can drive incremental value
- Consult across the full sales cycle: proposals, scoping, pricing, demonstrations, and contract negotiations for existing client base
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Technical Architects, Deliverability experts) to deliver sound solutions
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to drive product adoption and business development
- Onboard new clients and manage smooth transitions from competitive systems
- Implement programs for new clients, partnering with technical and strategic resources

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or related field
- At least 3 years in a similar Account Manager role
- Deep understanding and passion for email/SMS/push notifications/website personalization
- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Fluency in Dutch and English (required)
- Strong project planning and management skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong team building and interpersonal skills
- Proven success working in cross-functional teams
- Comfort in flexible, entrepreneurial environments
- Willingness to travel (less than 20%)
