Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000 / annual

As Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be the strategic voice and face of Nayya to our growing customer base. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with employers and benefits partners, serving as a trusted advisor who understands their goals and identifies opportunities to drive measurable success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer support and acting as a strategic partner to understand customer objectives
- Leveraging data insights to assess engagement, enhance product adoption, and recommend improvements
- Monitoring key success metrics including customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities
- Developing and executing communication strategies with employers to maximize Nayya's impact
- Leading Quarterly Business Reviews to strengthen relationships and demonstrate ongoing value
- Collaborating with product and sales teams to enhance offerings and deliver continuous value
- Empowering customers to become advocates for Nayya
You'll need 5+ years of customer success experience, ideally with scaling experience in a startup environment. Domain expertise is critical—you should have prior experience partnering with carriers, brokers, benefits administrators, benefits tech providers, or supporting direct-to-employer relationships. You're entrepreneurial, comfortable thinking like an owner, and passionate about building authentic stakeholder relationships. You're data-driven, unafraid to dive deep into analytics to understand customer engagement, and committed to creating technology experiences that empower users. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
