AirOps is a full-service platform helping brands achieve visibility and growth in the age of AI search. As consumers shift from traditional search engines to AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, the discovery and purchasing landscape is being rewritten. AirOps works with category leaders including Ramp, Chime, Airbnb, ServiceNow, and Rippling to ensure brands are discoverable and recommended by AI agents. You will serve as Senior Customer Marketing Manager, responsible for building and executing a comprehensive customer marketing and advocacy strategy. Your core mission is to transform customer outcomes into compelling evidence and advocacy that demonstrates AirOps' value across marketing and sales efforts. Key responsibilities include: - Rebuilding AirOps' customer marketing and advocacy strategy for the next stage of growth, focusing on new enterprise buyers, use cases, and solutions - Developing a rich pipeline of case studies, videos, customer quotes, proof points, and stories across priority industries and personas - Partnering with Customer Success, Services, Sales, and Data teams to identify meaningful customer outcomes and craft credible, differentiated narratives - Reimagining the customer reference program to expand the advocate network and streamline connections between customers and opportunities - Identifying proof gaps in enterprise sales conversations and proactively developing stories to address them - Building a network of customer advocates and speakers for sales, events, webinars, media, and other high-impact moments - Owning the AirOps Customer Advisory Board end-to-end, including member strategy, programming, executive participation, meeting execution, and ongoing engagement You will work with a team guided by principles of extreme ownership, quality, curiosity, making customers heroes, and respectful candor. REQUIREMENTS: - 6+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, product marketing, or related role at a B2B software company - Proven experience creating compelling customer stories from interviews, implementation details, and business results - Experience selling to enterprise customers and strong understanding of proof points, narratives, and outcomes that resonate with enterprise buyers across industries - Experience rebuilding or significantly evolving a customer reference or advocacy program within a sales-led go-to-market motion - Strong interviewer, writer, and storyteller with excellent judgment about what makes a customer story distinctive and credible - Ability to learn from existing programs while challenging assumptions and designing for a new audience and growth stage - Trusted, highly organized partner who works effectively with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams, balancing persistence with empathy
