The platform manages 13.9 million assets and 79.5 million completed work orders, helping industrial and frontline teams reduce unplanned downtime and optimize operations. As Senior Customer Education Specialist, you will design, produce, and maintain educational content across MaintainX's customer learning channels. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Education, you'll partner with Client Success, Product, and Marketing teams to understand customer needs and develop high-quality, skill-based learning experiences. You'll have the unique opportunity to help shape customer learning and training programming for the newly formed Autodesk Operations Solutions business unit. Key responsibilities include: - Define educational content requirements in consultation with subject matter experts to support customers' development of MRO-related skills and competencies - Conduct continuous research into your learning audience to understand their motivations and professional skill-related changes - Use instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) to develop self-paced and instructor-led learning experiences - Deliver and coordinate instructor-led learning, including live and on-demand webinars, virtual classes, and field event training sessions - Help define the Customer Education roadmap collaboratively with your team - Provide consultation to other Customer Education team members on curriculum and content design The Customer Education team applies a humble, empathetic design methodology centered on the deskless workforce. You'll deliver content through eLearning and instructor-led channels, maintaining an unwavering commitment to quality and accuracy. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 3 years experience in education-related roles (Customer Education, Training & Enablement, Learning & Development, or teaching) - Minimum 1 year experience developing and delivering instructor-led learning experiences - Proficiency with content development tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva, Figma) - Familiarity with live training delivery systems (Zoom Webinar, Webex, CloudShare) - Experience collaborating with subject matter experts for content ideation and review - Strong ability to communicate technical concepts in accessible, concise language - Acute attention to detail regarding grammar, aesthetics, and consistency NICE TO HAVE: - Work experience in industrial maintenance and/or manufacturing - Experience with CMMSes and/or Enterprise Asset Management systems - Maintenance/reliability certifications (CMRP, CRE) - Experience at rapidly changing SaaS companies - Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Notion) - Course authoring experience (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Parta) - Video production tools experience (Camtasia, DaVinci Resolve, Clueso) - Customer Academy LMS familiarity (WorkRamp, Skilljar) - Fluency in Spanish and/or French
