Datarails is an AI-powered FinanceOS company helping finance teams transform their workflows through intelligent automation, AI, and seamless integrations. With ~350 employees globally, the company is building next-generation finance technology. You will own the strategy, structure, and governance of Datarails' customer-facing content ecosystem as a systems-focused individual contributor. This role is ideal for someone who can turn scattered content (decks, guides, templates, playbooks) into scalable infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Audit and govern the existing customer enablement content library; retire stale content and establish standards for new additions - Build repeatable frameworks for content creation, review, versioning, and retirement - Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify content gaps in the customer journey and prioritize development - Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Product Marketing to keep enablement content aligned with product changes and messaging - Define and maintain content standards (structure, tone, branding, accessibility) across the library - Create scalable systems including taxonomies, templates, tagging, and intake processes to keep the library organized as it grows - Track content usage and effectiveness to inform what is working and what needs to change You'll partner closely with CSMs, Product, Sales, and Product Marketing to ensure every customer-facing asset is accurate, on-brand, easy to find, and built to last. This is not a maintenance role but an opportunity to build the infrastructure that shapes how every customer experiences Datarails through content. Requirements: - 2+ years in customer enablement, content strategy, or related customer success function - Proven experience building or overhauling a content library or knowledge base from the ground up - Strong instincts for structure and governance; ability to build systems that keep content useful, not just create content - Comfortable working independently and driving a strategic function without a team underneath you - Excellent written communication and an eye for polished, customer-ready material - Experience partnering across CS, Product, Sales, and Marketing functions - Bonus: experience in FP&A, SaaS, or B2B software environments
