As a Senior Customer Architect, you will be a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, translating their business requirements into scalable AI agent solutions. You will work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to design and implement agentic automation strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with enterprise customers to understand their CX challenges and design tailored agentic AI solutions
- Conducting discovery sessions and technical assessments to identify automation opportunities
- Creating solution architectures and implementation roadmaps for complex, multi-use-case deployments
- Collaborating with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption
- Providing technical guidance during sales cycles to address customer concerns and demonstrate value
- Gathering customer feedback to inform product development and platform enhancements
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and serving as the technical voice of the customer internally
You bring deep experience architecting enterprise software solutions, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences. Experience with AI/ML platforms, customer experience technology, or enterprise automation is a plus. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are energized by helping customers achieve transformational outcomes.
