MinIO is seeking a Senior Curriculum Engineer to design and deliver technical enablement across its product portfolio. The role bridges engineering, product marketing, sales, and field teams to create training that equips field architects, customer engineers, and partners with the technical depth and competitive positioning needed to win enterprise deals.
Key responsibilities include: designing and delivering field architect curriculum covering MinIO's data and AI infrastructure products (AIStor, MemKV); developing partner sales curriculum by translating marketing content into structured modules; building core curriculum for customer administrators on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting; creating use-case-specific training wrappers for different deployment contexts; developing curriculum for agentic AI and memory use cases; building hands-on labs that establish best practices; and producing video content for MinIO Academy, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
The role requires deep technical expertise across software-defined storage, Kubernetes, AWS S3, agentic AI frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph), and Linux/Python/Ansible tooling. You'll work with competitive storage platforms (Vast, Cloudian, Weka) and memory/vector infrastructure (Pinecone, Weaviate, Redis). The ideal candidate has 5+ years in field architecture, solutions architecture, or technical sales engineering; 3+ years with software-defined storage; 1+ years with agentic AI infrastructure; and strong communication skills across written, video, and live formats.
This is a high-variety role combining hands-on technical work with customer-facing enablement. You'll have autonomy to identify needs and shape strategy within a startup environment, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and sales leadership.
