SumUp is seeking a Senior CRM Administrator to join the Telesales Team in Berlin. This is a strategic, high-impact role at the intersection of technology, process design, and people—not a maintenance-focused position.
You will own and drive cross-team projects for process improvements across inbound and outbound telesales workflows, identifying friction points and designing scalable, well-integrated solutions. You'll evaluate, integrate, and optimize CRM-adjacent tooling including diallers, sequencing tools, conversation intelligence, and AI-powered solutions, working closely with teams and vendors.
Key responsibilities include supporting AI initiatives in telesales (e.g., transitioning to new AI calling providers, rolling out sales rep copilots, and deploying conversational-insight tools), continuously improving Salesforce administration (automations, internal support, reporting, data quality), and collaborating with stakeholders across Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product to translate business needs into effective CRM solutions.
You will communicate requirements and recommendations clearly—from writing technical specs to presenting to sales management. You'll analyze CRM data and usage patterns to surface insights, track adoption, and measure impact of changes. You'll also train and support end users, building a culture of CRM adoption and best practice across the telesales organization, and stay current with Salesforce releases, ecosystem tooling, and industry trends.
SumUp is a fintech company creating financial solutions for small business owners across Europe, South America, Australia, and the United States. The role is office-first based in Berlin and includes equity participation via the VSOP program, €2,000 annual L&D budget, 30-day sabbatical after 3 years, corporate pension matching up to 20%, and other benefits.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a sales or revenue operations environment in a fast-paced setting
- Strong technical understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, automations, security/permissions, SOQL, and 3rd-party integrations
- Hands-on experience integrating and working with 3rd-party tools—from scoping and designing secure data flows through configuration and user adoption
- Experience contributing to AI solutions in previous roles (3rd-party AI tools or other solutions you helped evaluate, integrate, or roll out) and genuine curiosity for how AI can improve sales workflows
- Familiarity with SQL and analytics tooling to prevent problems, not just fix them
- Excellent stakeholder management: ability to navigate competing priorities and influence without authority
- Clear, confident communicator—equally comfortable writing technical specs and presenting to non-technical audiences
**Nice-to-haves:**
- Experience with telesales tooling, especially contact-centre and voice AI tooling (e.g., Aircall, Five9, Gong, claap.io, Outreach, MixMax)
- Ability to read and write Apex and/or Lightning Web Components
- Solid understanding of Salesforce integration options and REST APIs
- Relevant Salesforce, CRM, or AI certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist)
