Northwood Space is a modern space infrastructure company building a global network of phased array ground stations that enable real-time, reliable communication for satellite missions including national security, global connectivity, and disaster response. The company designs, builds, and rapidly deploys scalable systems with a vertically integrated approach.
The Marcom Design Team owns Northwood's marketing and communications across brand identity, go-to-market campaigns, digital, web, and product initiatives. You will join as Senior Creative Producer, leading the production of creative work from brief to final delivery. This role owns scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing across campaigns, video and motion, photography, digital, web, social, print, merchandise, and events. You will serve as the connective tissue between creative, marketing, communications, product, and external partners, protecting the creative vision through every stage of production and ensuring work ships on time, on budget, and at the highest level of craft.
Key responsibilities include: owning end-to-end production of creative work from brief through concept, production, post-production, and final delivery; defining project scope with internal and external partners and building schedules, budgets, and resource plans; leading production of video, motion, photography, and static content including shoots, edits, and asset finishing; sourcing, briefing, negotiating with, and managing external partners such as production companies, photographers, animators, editors, print vendors, and freelancers; running the team's operating rhythm including kickoffs, reviews, approvals, status updates, and handoffs; managing asset delivery, specs, versioning, and localization for every channel and partner; overseeing print and merchandise production including quotes, proofs, press checks, and quality control; partnering with the Head of Creative to prioritize workload and forecast capacity; establishing and documenting production processes, templates, and tooling; and managing confidentiality around unannounced products and launches.
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, obsessive about details, and able to turn complexity and ambiguity into a clear plan that everyone can follow.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of experience producing creative or marketing work, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead producer role at a brand, agency, or production company
- Track record of shipping integrated campaigns across video, digital, web, social, and print at a high level of craft
- Proven ability to independently manage budgets, timelines, scope, and production and post-production partners
- Deep familiarity with video, photo, and motion production, from pre-production through delivery
- Working knowledge of print and manufacturing practices, including color, stock, finishing, and vendor management
- Fluency in production and project management tools, and comfort working alongside designers in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with an established network of production partners
- Clear, direct communication and ability to align designers, marketers, engineers, and executives around one plan
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience producing live events, trade shows, or product launches
- Experience in a technology, hardware, or aerospace company
- Familiarity with 3D, real-time, or AI-assisted production workflows
