Hudl is seeking a Senior Creative Producer to lead the ideation and production of compelling content that connects markets meaningfully with their audiences and drives business results. This is a hybrid role based in Lincoln, Nebraska, with expectation to work in-office more days than not, though you'll coordinate your specific schedule with your team.
In this role, you will:
- Produce and publish content constantly across multiple channels (blog posts, social media, video storytelling, product marketing) to maintain a steady drumbeat of market presence, from major campaigns to regular social content.
- Own creative strategy by initiating original concepts and shepherding them from brief through execution with the conviction of an associate creative director. You'll hold creative vision across campaigns of varying complexity and make real-time calls when execution drifts from intent.
- Speak the language of sport with genuine fluency in the sport or sports you serve—understanding its culture, vocabulary, community, and unwritten rules. You'll hold credible conversations with coaches and understand what players care about.
- Own creative content with sharp instinct for what makes messages land. You'll be the editorial conscience of your market, knowing when copy hits and when it misses, and articulating why in actionable ways. You'll use AI fluently as a drafting tool while maintaining clear creative judgment.
- Lead across disciplines by collaborating closely with design, video, events, and web professionals while working with channel owners in social, lifecycle, and paid media. You'll know enough about each discipline to give useful briefs and feedback without micromanaging.
- Surface problems early by running valuable creative reviews, giving specific and actionable feedback, and catching creative issues before they become production problems.
Hudl is a sports technology company that helps teams from around the world see their game differently through video capture, data analysis, highlight sharing, and more. The company was recognized as one of Newsweek's Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces.
