Zscaler is seeking a Senior Creative Director to join the Brand Marketing team at its San Jose headquarters, reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing. This is a hybrid role focused on driving global brand transformation and creative excellence across the organization.
In this strategic leadership position, you will own the global visual brand evolution and creative direction across all customer and internal touchpoints, ensuring cohesion, differentiation, and narrative excellence. You will build, scale, and mentor a high-performing, multidisciplinary global creative team spanning design, art direction, video, and UX/UI disciplines. Your responsibilities include serving as a trusted strategic partner to senior executives, translating complex business priorities into clear creative briefs and strategic roadmaps.
Key responsibilities include orchestrating brand-led storytelling across digital platforms, web experiences, and physical environment touchpoints; establishing holistic brand systems, guidelines, and visual frameworks to guide global campaigns and experiential touchpoints; and connecting day-to-day creative work to Zscaler's broader corporate mission of pioneering security transformation in the AI era.
You should demonstrate strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners. A strategic, growth-oriented mindset with a proven track record of translating business strategy into compelling brand initiatives is essential. You must have demonstrated experience leading and scaling integrated creative teams with a passion for inspiring high-performing talent and driving standout work in enterprise B2B SaaS or technical categories.
Preferred qualifications include a proven track record of leading large-scale, end-to-end brand transformation or repositioning in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment, and hands-on experience implementing generative AI design tools to accelerate content production workflows across global creative teams. You should stay ahead of industry trends, form your own point of view, and bring that perspective to everything you build.
