Salary: USD 350,000 - 500,000 / annual
Fluidstack is building civilization-scale AI infrastructure, acquiring power, designing and operating data centers, and rethinking every layer of the stack to deliver compute at unprecedented speed and scale. As Senior Counsel, Infrastructure, you will be a key member of the growing Legal team, responsible for structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial agreements critical to the company's infrastructure delivery.
Your responsibilities will span data center development and leasing, energy procurement, supply chain agreements, and other infrastructure-critical commercial matters. You will operate with significant autonomy in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, partnering cross-functionally with business leaders to drive transactions to completion. You will serve as a trusted strategic advisor, exercising sound judgment in high-stakes, ambiguous situations while maintaining a commercially pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset.
You will also help build the Legal Department from the ground up, managing outside counsel across substantive disciplines with rigor and efficiency. Required: JD or international equivalent, active law license, 8–12 years of sophisticated legal practice with fluency in data center development, leasing, energy, and supply chain/procurement. You must demonstrate excellence in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements with sophisticated counterparties, sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and strong communication skills to earn trust as a go-to legal and business advisor.
Preferred: mix of law firm and in-house experience, prior in-house experience at a data center developer or cloud company, private practice in real estate or energy, and experience leveraging AI tools to improve legal work.
