- Draft, negotiate, and close MSAs, order forms, partnership agreements, and vendor agreements supporting Omni and adjacent commercial work
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Corporate Development, Sales, Product, Finance, Strategy, and Tax to move deals at business pace while managing legal and commercial risk
- Advise business leaders on transaction structures and operating models as CoreWeave enters new markets
- Contribute to and maintain Omni processes, workflows, templates, and playbooks to accelerate repeat deal execution
- Coordinate with outside counsel and internal experts on jurisdiction-specific issues, including sovereign and government-adjacent counterparties
- Help develop and implement legal support plans with overseas teammates and outside counsel across multiple time zones

Experience with complex, high-value, or infrastructure-heavy transactions is essential. Direct exposure to cross-border deal structures is a strong plus. You demonstrate strong drafting and negotiation skills, sound commercial judgment, and clear communication. You exercise independent judgment, have excellent attention to detail, and are comfortable operating at a fast pace across multiple jurisdictions and time zones. You have a track record of building or improving processes and workflows to scale deal execution.
