Salary: USD 130,000 - 140,000 / annual
Prove is a mobile-first identity and authentication platform serving over 1,000 enterprise customers across banking, lending, healthcare, gaming, crypto, e-commerce, and payments. The Senior Contracts Manager will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing the complete lifecycle of commercial agreements that support the company's growth.
Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating outbound commercial technology contracts (client, partner, and vendor agreements); managing coordination between Salesforce and contract management systems; collaborating with Legal, Privacy, Sales, Product, Finance, HR, and operations teams; liaising with internal stakeholders on contract creation, review, and administration; providing contract language interpretation and negotiation guidance; advising on revenue and legal matters; and supporting contract lifecycle management and renegotiations.
The role reports to the Associate General Counsel within the Legal, Privacy & Risk department. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Data Partnerships teams to ensure smooth contract execution and compliance.
Required qualifications: 8+ years of experience negotiating, reviewing, and drafting commercial contracts related to technology solutions, with strong demonstrated experience in outbound sales agreements. Preferred experience includes data licensing and protection agreements, contract management systems, and background in high-growth or pre-IPO technology companies.
