Arkestro is a Series A hyper-growth company building a Predictive Procurement Platform that applies AI, game theory, and behavioral science to enterprise negotiations. The platform helps procurement teams move away from reactive supplier bidding toward data-driven offers that reduce friction and improve outcomes for both buyers and suppliers.
As a Senior Consultant in Professional Services, you will be a key member of the services organization, responsible for delivering exceptional implementation and consulting services to enterprise customers. You will work directly with customers to ensure successful implementations of the Arkestro platform, collaborating closely to understand their unique procurement needs, identify tailored solutions, and drive seamless transitions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading customer implementations by working directly with procurement teams and cross-functional project teams
- Leveraging functional, technical, and product expertise to deliver best-in-class solutions
- Analyzing and evaluating existing customer procurement processes and templates to map them effectively to the Arkestro solution
- Acting as lead across cross-functional teams to develop project plans and drive them to successful completion
- Partnering with business and IT teams to identify system improvements and enhancements
- Serving as the primary point of contact for sustaining issues, product enhancements, and change requests
- Providing training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer on solution functionality and development/testing methodologies
You are a problem-solver who cannot let go of a challenge until you've found the right solution. You advocate zealously for customer requirements both internally and externally, and you're comfortable working through ambiguity in a startup environment. You have expert knowledge of the platform but also think creatively to solve novel problems. You lead through influence, establish yourself as a trusted advisor, and are resilient in changing environments while managing multiple deliverables and stakeholder groups.
This role requires 35%+ travel and a willingness to work onsite and remotely with customers. You'll be part of building the future of enterprise procurement from the ground up.
