Jedox is an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) SaaS platform that helps organizations streamline data-driven processes across strategic planning, predictive analytics, and operational performance monitoring. As a Senior Consultant – EPM, you will be a trusted advisor to customers, primarily supporting CFO offices and operational departments in implementing Jedox solutions.
You will act as a subject matter expert in Financial and Operational Planning & Analytics, providing strategic guidance on best practices and industry trends. Your responsibilities include developing specialized implementation concepts, leading design workshops with customers and implementation teams, and translating workshop outcomes into actionable implementation strategies. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to understand business goals, recommend process adjustments for successful EPM adoption, and guide customers through change management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as a subject matter expert and thought leader in EPM for customers, partners, and colleagues
- Providing strategic advice on best practices and industry trends in Financial and Operational Planning & Analytics
- Developing recommendations for business process adjustments and supporting change initiatives
- Leading design workshops and translating outcomes into implementation concepts
- Building knowledge of Jedox architecture to make informed data and solution architecture decisions
- Coaching less experienced consultants and contributing to team culture
- Collaborating with Go-To-Market teams to ensure deep understanding of customer requirements
- Providing structured customer feedback to Product Managers on product requirements and innovations
This is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in financial planning and analytics processes. You will be instrumental in helping customers realize value from their Jedox implementations and will contribute to product roadmap development through customer insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in consulting, controlling, accounting, or an operational business department
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with software products supporting collaborative processes in FP&A or other EPM areas
- Project Management experience or SCRUM team experience (desired)
- Affinity for service excellence and collaborative working style
- Collegial, open, and down-to-earth personality
- Business fluent in English; Arabic fluency is a plus
