Komodo Health is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Analytics Consulting team to deliver advanced analytics solutions to healthcare organizations. The role focuses on leveraging real-world patient data to drive insights and decision-making for clients across the healthcare ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end delivery of complex analytics projects from scoping through execution, translating ambiguous business questions into tractable data analysis projects, and serving as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle. You will interpret and investigate data and statistical questions, collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management, and monitor project progress while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
The role requires strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships. You will stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare analytics, incorporating new insights into service offerings. Expected accomplishments in the first 12 months include successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget, building strong client relationships that drive repeat business, conducting statistical analyses and mathematical modeling, implementing process improvements, developing team member capabilities, identifying new business opportunities, and demonstrating thought leadership through presentations and publications.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience, minimum 8 years of healthcare analytics or related experience with a proven track record of delivering analytics solutions to clients, strong project management and client relationship skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R. The role expects strategic application of AI tools to solve problems and generate ideas.
