In this role, you will lead program management activities across card-network compliance initiatives, including fraud, disputes, chargebacks, and merchant financial integrity. You'll coordinate governance routines, remediation tracking, and stakeholder alignment across Payments Compliance, Risk, Operations, Product, Legal, and regional teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating program management for Financial Integrity initiatives, including governance routines, documentation, and stakeholder coordination for network monitoring programs
- Supporting execution of card-network programs (ECP, ECM, VAMP) and dispute/chargeback obligations, ensuring consistent implementation across teams and regions
- Maintaining program plans, trackers, milestones, and action logs for Financial Integrity workstreams
- Translating card-network requirements into internal policies, procedures, and playbooks
- Coordinating cross-functional remediation efforts on open findings and threshold breaches
- Supporting oversight of dispute and chargeback compliance obligations, including governance, reporting, and documentation
- Building documentation and control artifacts to strengthen consistency and audit readiness
- Identifying process gaps and proposing scalable improvements
- Preparing materials for leadership reviews, governance forums, and audits
- Standardizing how Adyen manages fraud, dispute, and chargeback compliance globally
You bring 5+ years of experience in program management, compliance, risk, operations, or payments. You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Experience in payments, fintech, or regulated environments is strongly preferred. Familiarity with card-network monitoring, dispute frameworks, fraud compliance, or merchant-risk governance is a plus. You communicate clearly, manage structured programs with many dependencies, and drive progress without direct authority. A practical, process-oriented mindset with strong follow-through is essential.
