Filigran is a global cybersecurity company founded in 2022, offering open-source, AI-powered solutions for Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM). The company's eXtended Threat Management (XTM) platform combines threat intelligence, exposure validation, and cyber risk reduction to help organizations understand and act on their threat landscape.
You will join the Product Team as a Senior Competitive Intelligence Analyst, reporting to the Lead of Competitive Intelligence. Your mission is to strengthen Filigran's competitive intelligence capabilities across the cybersecurity market and support sharper market understanding, positioning, and strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leverage AI tools, methodologies, and automation to enhance productivity, monitoring, synthesis, and impact in competitive intelligence workflows
- Identify, collect, and evaluate competitor information including product capabilities, features, positioning, business activity, and market signals
- Maintain and optimize internal competitor knowledge bases, including competitor pages, capabilities matrices, and market insights repositories
- Deliver regular competitive intelligence reports and syntheses for Product, Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams
- Provide strategic recommendations based on competitive and market insights
- Support Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams with tailored analyses
- Proactively present insights to key stakeholders and anticipate market shifts impacting Filigran's strategy
You will work autonomously in a remote-first environment while collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and leadership teams. You'll help ensure competitive intelligence is accurate, actionable, and easily leveraged across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Senior-level experience in market intelligence, competitive intelligence, business analytics, strategy consulting, technical product marketing, or related field
- Strong cybersecurity subject matter expertise, especially across Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), Security Operations, Attack Exposure Validation (AEV), risk management, or broader security platform markets
- Strong interest in AI and its applications in cybersecurity; comfortable working with and leveraging AI-powered tools, automation, copilots, and LLMs
- Proven research and analytical skills with ability to identify, assess, and synthesize competitive information for accuracy, relevance, and business impact
- Experience working with Sales or Solutions Engineering teams, with strong understanding of sales cycles, buyer needs, and decision-making processes
- Ability to simplify complex insights and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations for different audiences
- Curious, critical-thinking, autonomous, structured, and highly collaborative mindset
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
- Bonus: Experience with data analysis, BI tools (Tableau or Power BI), web monitoring, scraping, or AI-enabled competitive intelligence workflows
