The company is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to join the Total Rewards team and lead compensation strategy across the organization. In this role, you will own end-to-end compensation cycles including annual merit reviews, promotions, and off-cycle adjustments from planning and modeling through execution and communication. You'll develop and maintain global salary range structures using rigorous market pricing, survey participation, and competitive benchmarking. You'll partner with senior leaders, HR business partners, Finance, and Legal to design, govern, and deliver compensation programs. Key responsibilities include providing strategic thought partnership on job architecture, pay equity analysis, and incentive plan design; translating complex compensation data into clear, actionable insights; and communicating compensation philosophies effectively to leaders and managers at all levels. You'll manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment. Required qualifications: 7+ years of broad-based compensation experience in a U.S. public company, preferably in high-growth technology or manufacturing. Demonstrated ability to lead compensation cycles independently from design through execution. Strong expertise in market pricing, salary range development, and competitive benchmarking using major survey sources (Radford/Aon, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson). Advanced Excel proficiency with proven ability to build complex models and conduct deep data analysis. Self-driven mindset with high standards for accuracy, capable of managing competing priorities and delivering quality work with minimal oversight in ambiguous environments.
