Saronic Technologies, a leader in autonomous maritime defense systems, is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, you will be responsible for developing competitive and equitable compensation strategies that align with company goals and industry benchmarks, both domestically and internationally.
Key responsibilities include partnering with People Business Partners and recruiting teams on offers, promotions, transfers, and pay questions; serving as project owner for recurring compensation programs including annual merit reviews and equity cycles; designing and maintaining compensation policies for non-exempt/hourly workforces with compliance to FLSA and state wage-and-hour requirements; managing the compensation survey cycle including data submissions, job matching, benchmarking, and pay band maintenance in Pave; and continuously monitoring program effectiveness to recommend improvements.
You will build recurring cadences, tooling, and self-service guidance to enable the People team to resolve routine compensation questions independently while escalating complex cases appropriately. The role requires deep knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and equity compensation programs (stock options, RSUs, ESPPs). You should have strong analytical skills to interpret compensation data and present insights to leadership, with experience in compensation management software like Pave and Workday HRIS preferred.
