Eikon Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company founded on Nobel Prize-winning innovations, is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead global clinical trial operations with a focus on oncology. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management of multi-regional clinical studies, requiring minimal supervision and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious execution while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic clinical trial plans covering all phases from planning through closeout; leading and mentoring a team of clinical trial associates, coordinators, and specialists to foster high-performing collaboration; ensuring strict regulatory compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and country-specific regulations; managing comprehensive trial documentation to meet regulatory and industry standards; overseeing data collection, validation, and integrity processes; coordinating local operations including supplies management, import/export requirements, and archival; and collaborating with recruitment teams to optimize patient enrollment strategies.
The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in clinical trial management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. You will work across multiple therapeutic regions, manage complex operational logistics, and drive excellence in clinical study execution. The position requires a minimum of three days per week onsite presence at either the Jersey City, NJ or Millbrae, CA office, with flexibility to increase as business needs demand.
