Beacon Biosignals is transforming precision medicine for the brain through at-home EEG and cardiopulmonary diagnostic platforms. You will join the Clinical Implementation team as a Senior Individual Contributor anchored in the East territory, reporting to the National Clinical Implementation Director. You will own end-to-end clinical and operational implementation of Beacon's diagnostic solutions for assigned customers—sleep labs, health systems, and provider organizations. Your responsibilities span the entire customer lifecycle: delivering product demos, building implementation plans, running clinical education and training, supporting go-lives, and coaching accounts through adoption and sustained daily use. This role differs from traditional implementation work by measuring success through sustained usage, behavioral adoption, and long-term workflow integration rather than deployment milestones alone. You will set standards, playbooks, and best practices that the broader team adopts, and you will help shape the clinical implementation function's direction over multiple quarters. Day-to-day work is highly cross-functional: you will coordinate with clinicians, executives, and frontline staff across Customer Success, Clinical, Technical Services, Support, and Product teams. You will deliver tailored training to diverse audiences (physicians, advanced practice providers, sleep technologists, medical assistants, schedulers, administrative staff) and maintain reusable training materials and competency checklists. You will diagnose root causes of low or inconsistent usage, partner with clinical and operational leaders to redesign workflows, and serve as the clinical operational point of contact from pre-sale through early adoption. You will mentor peers and newer specialists on strategy, execution, and collaboration, and you will exercise independent judgment on implementation sequencing, adoption measurement, and account stabilization criteria. You will partner with Regional Sales Managers on clean handoffs, participate in QBRs, and surface adoption risks and expansion opportunities early. You will provide Product with structured feedback grounded in real implementation experience and support go-to-market readiness for new features and indications. The role requires travel to customer sites across your assigned region (up to 50–75% nationally) for on-site go-live support and clinical engagement. Beacon offers robust asynchronous work practices and in-person office hubs in Boston, New York, or the Bay Area. **Requirements:** - Active RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) certification - 8+ years of direct experience in sleep medicine, sleep lab operations, or home sleep apnea testing - Demonstrated experience owning demos, customer implementations, clinical training, or go-live support in healthcare settings - Experience delivering training and education to both clinical and administrative audiences - Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product teams - Demonstrated experience mentoring or coaching peers and setting standards or best practices adopted beyond your own work - Experience planning work across multiple quarters and multiple stakeholder groups - Willingness to travel nationally (up to 50–75%), including on-site go-live support - Familiarity with CRM tools, enablement platforms, and project tracking tools - US-based, anchored in the East territory **Nice-to-Haves:** - Adoption-focused mindset and clinical workflow fluency - Systems and operational thinking; comfort with independent judgment at scale - Multiplier effect through mentorship and reusable best practices - Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments - Healthcare IT systems experience (EHR/EMR exposure a plus) - Experience supporting SaMD or regulated medical device products - Prior experience at early- or growth-stage healthcare companies - Experience building a function's playbooks, templates, or training curricula from the ground up
