Sportradar is the world's leading sports technology company serving 1,700+ sports federations, media outlets, betting operators, and consumer platforms across 120 countries. We are seeking a Senior Client Success Specialist to serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for our clients, acting as a vital bridge between internal teams and customer organizations.
In this role, you will manage strategic client relationships through email, phone, and virtual meetings, resolving complex challenges by coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions. You will demonstrate how Sportradar products and services drive business value, establish strong connections with key stakeholders at client companies, and understand their business priorities and needs.
Key responsibilities include leading and overseeing client onboarding to ensure seamless product adoption, maintaining structured tracking of client feedback to refine services, and optimizing internal processes that impact client experience. You will conduct proactive outreach based on account health metrics to foster long-term partnerships and growth, while partnering with sales, product, and technical teams to advocate for client needs and influence product roadmaps.
This is a fully on-site role in São Paulo, with team members working in the office five days a week to build relationships, exchange ideas, and drive innovation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or related role, ideally in technology, sports, and/or gaming industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable strategies
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Results-driven approach with focus on client satisfaction and retention
- Languages: English and/or Spanish and/or Portuguese required
- Knowledge of Sportradar products (preferred)
- Knowledge of betting landscape (preferred)
