Salary: USD 130,000 - 170,000 / annual

Monday.com is hiring a Senior Channel Partner Marketing Manager to lead partner marketing efforts across North America. This role combines strategic planning, program management, execution, and analytics to drive partner-led revenue growth and pipeline development. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the partner marketing strategy for the NAM region, focusing on driving partner pipeline and revenue through Solution Partners and Reseller partners - Manage regional partner budget and MDF (Marketing Development Funds) allocation with emphasis on pipeline delivery - Collaborate with strategic channel partners to plan their marketing GTM and review/approve NAM plans from all regional partners - Execute strategic and tactical initiatives including in-person events, conference sponsorships, partner webinars, customer marketing, and outbound programs - Lead NAM's partner-led event strategy and execution in collaboration with partnership, design, field, and event production teams - Serve as the primary marketing contact across the entire NAM partner ecosystem, prioritizing partners based on revenue potential - Identify opportunities to integrate partners into regional marketing-led initiatives such as campaigns and events - Ensure proper tracking, reporting, and analysis of all partner marketing activities - Use data and metrics to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in partner marketing - Deep understanding of NAM market - Marketing event management experience (advantageous) - Budget management and/or MDF Program management experience - Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on work - Comfort working in high-speed, dynamic environments - Strong stakeholder and project management skills across multiple concurrent initiatives
