Justt is an AI-driven chargeback management platform that helps enterprise brands automate dispute resolution and recover lost revenue. The company works with leading players in the payments ecosystem and operates globally across multiple regions.
This Senior Business Development Representative role is a hunter position focused on generating high-quality enterprise pipeline for the US market. You will be the top-of-funnel driver, working closely with the VP of US Sales and Enterprise Account Executives to create meaningful revenue opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
**Conference & Event Strategy (Primary Focus)**: Represent Justt at major industry conferences (Money20/20, ETA, RSPA, Fintech Meetup, etc.). Identify and qualify high-value prospects in-person, manage pre-event outreach, execute onsite lead capture, and run post-event follow-up sequences. Track event ROI and continuously refine the conference strategy.
**High-Quality Outbound Prospecting**: Execute targeted outbound sequences across phone, email, LinkedIn, and partner channels. Source meetings with leaders across payments, fraud, risk, and operations functions. Build multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders at target accounts.
**Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management**: Qualify prospects using value-selling frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, Command of the Message). Translate prospect pain points into business impact. Hand off fully qualified opportunities to Enterprise AEs with clean notes, clear value drivers, and defined next steps.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with Marketing, Events, Sales Ops, and Product teams to align messaging and improve event and outbound performance. Provide competitive intelligence, prospect objections, and market trends directly from the field. Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene for visibility and forecasting accuracy.
This is not a junior SDR role. The ideal candidate has deep exposure to the payments ecosystem (PayPal, Stripe, Worldpay, Fiserv, Adyen, etc.) and thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
