You will join the Growth team as a Senior Business Development Manager focused on Financial Institutions in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You'll report directly to the Director of Business Development and own the full sales cycle for large financial institutions, banks, and wealth managers looking to digitize their investment propositions. Your mission is to win and delight clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams on implementations and go-to-market strategy.
Key responsibilities include: owning the end-to-end sales cycle to meet or exceed targets; consultatively understanding client needs and developing compelling sales materials; building and maintaining strong relationships through regular engagement and networking; contributing to sales enablement and process improvement; and enabling seamless client onboarding through effective cross-functional communication.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4–6+ years of experience in sales-related roles, ideally within investments, banking, or wealth management in B2B environments, preferably with API-based products. Alternatively, 4–6+ years at a specialized financial services consultancy working on IT infrastructure projects in investment services.
- Previous experience in investments and securities trading with strong interest in software and infrastructure-as-a-service products (e.g., BaaS).
- Demonstrated expertise with B2B sales methodologies such as solution/consultative selling and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; ability to communicate across different groups and challenge assumptions.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with ability to build trust, handle objections, and present compelling pitches.
- Hands-on, proactive ownership of complex projects with consistent communication and diligent documentation.
