As Senior Business Development Manager B2B, you will drive market penetration and business adoption across the LATAM region. You'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and recruiting new clients onto the Payoneer platform, with a focus on SMBs and professional services businesses seeking global payment capabilities. Key responsibilities include: - Acquiring and onboarding new customers to increase market segment share - Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of high-value prospects; pitching to C-suite executives and closing deals - Exploring new business segments and defining go-to-market strategies - Generating monthly forecasts and exceeding targets for client acquisition and GMV (gross merchandise volume) - Executing below-the-line marketing activities to support customer acquisition - Collaborating with marketing to develop compelling value propositions for Payoneer services - Engaging cross-functionally with senior management to ensure unit objectives are met - Building long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, operating with ambiguity and taking ownership of territory coverage planning. The role requires balancing individual targets with team management responsibilities. Requirements: - Minimum 6 years of experience in business development, service/solution sales, or account management, with particular expertise in payments, ecommerce, or large-scale merchant acquisition - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding established business goals - Experience leading complex negotiations with C-suite executives at SMB accounts - Ability to drive operational excellence through innovative initiatives - Ability to manage a team while maintaining individual targets - Fluent in Spanish and English Desirable but not required: - Experience in payments and banking industry - Familiarity with B2B and SMB segments - Direct sales experience with small businesses engaged in cross-border trade - Experience with data analytics and BI tools
