• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks: Build clear analytical plans, decision frameworks, and actionable recommendations that help leaders understand not just what happened, but why and what to do next.
• Support strategic decision-making: Build domain expertise, identify growth and efficiency opportunities, support planning and forecasting, and help optimize for durable growth.
• Drive experimentation and advanced analytics: Design and support A/B tests, pilots, and campaigns. Apply advanced techniques such as impact evaluation, scenario analysis, forecasting, segmentation, and predictive analytics. Partner with Data Science on complex modeling opportunities.
• Build executive partnerships: Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders, communicate insights through compelling narratives, and present findings in leadership forums.
You will lead through influence, mentor analysts, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and ensure analytics work translates into better organizational decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, deep analytical expertise, excellent communication skills, and comfort turning ambiguous questions into structured analytical approaches.
