BloomReach is building an agentic platform for personalization, revolutionizing how businesses connect with customers through AI agents deployed across the entire customer journey. The company powers personalization for over 1,400 global brands including American Eagle, Sonepar, and Pandora.
As a Senior Business Consultant, you will deliver value to BloomReach's clients by deploying and utilizing the Engagement Platform effectively. Your primary responsibilities include supporting clients during implementation by gathering business requirements, preparing data structures, managing data migration, and deploying automated programs. You will serve as a key advisor on e-commerce, analytics, data management, digital marketing, marketing automation, and email and mobile technologies.
You will develop strong client relationships, continuously enhance their businesses, maximize platform utilization, and improve KPIs and ROI. Collaborating with Customer Success Managers, you will develop business strategies and roadmaps aligned with each client's goals. Your responsibilities include becoming a subject matter expert on the BloomReach Engagement platform, providing leadership and guidance to the business consultancy practice in the US, supporting clients in continuous improvement of their sites and shops through audits and A/B testing, teaching clients how to use the CDP platform, suggesting product improvements, preparing business reports, overseeing implementation of client applications and websites, communicating regularly with clients through online channels and on-site visits, and utilizing AI tools to increase efficiency.
The role offers flexibility to work from anywhere within Czechia or Slovakia, or full-time from offices in Bratislava (Slovakia) or Brno/Prague (Czechia).
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2C environments (vendor, agency, in-house eCommerce, or client-facing role); willingness to invest in earlier-career candidates with the right mindset
- Curiosity and growth mindset; ability to quickly understand customer problems and willingness to learn fast
- Working knowledge of marketing technology or customer engagement platforms (BloomReach Engagement, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Adobe, Braze, Emarsys, or similar) preferred
- Background in performance marketing or CRM management strongly advantageous; experience with online analytics, marketing automation, personalization, and campaigns preferred
- AI enthusiasm and hands-on experience with LLMs, AI Agents, or MCPs a strong advantage
- Independence, self-organization, and ability to navigate ambiguous situations
- French language skills preferred in addition to English
