ManyChat is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive growth and strategic direction through data-driven insights. Reporting to the Business Analytics Lead, you will work closely with leadership across Business Ops, Product, Marketing, and Finance to develop a comprehensive understanding of strategic drivers, integrate insights holistically, and identify growth levers to optimize revenue.
Key responsibilities include leading business analytics initiatives that shape ManyChat's growth roadmap, building growth and revenue forecasting models with scenario and sensitivity analysis to pressure-test assumptions, and creating dashboards and tools that give teams visibility to act quickly. You will own executive-level reporting, translating complex analysis into clear narratives and actionable takeaways for the leadership team. The role emphasizes using AI tools and agents to work more efficiently while maintaining critical evaluation of results.
You will collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure accurate data pipelines, contribute to cross-functional projects spanning Business Ops, Finance, Billing, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics teams, and advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization. Success requires identifying new opportunities proactively and connecting specific analyses to broader business strategy.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of relevant experience with at least 2+ years in business analytics or similar roles within a SaaS environment, with hands-on experience in core SaaS metrics. You need excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), very strong technical proficiency in SQL and BI tools, and comfort with statistical concepts like distributions, variance, and significance testing. Experience with Python, R, or Git is a plus. You should have contributed to significant cross-functional initiatives such as product launches, pricing changes, customer segmentation, or monetization projects.
The ideal candidate is proactive and ownership-minded, comfortable working independently on end-to-end projects, able to make sense of unclear problems, and skilled at communicating with senior stakeholders. You can step back to see the bigger picture, connecting analyses across Product, Marketing, and Finance. You're comfortable moving fast and making calculated bets based on available data rather than waiting for perfect certainty, and you can partner closely with analytics counterparts to align on shared metrics and deliver consistent insights.
