Brex is seeking a Senior Brand Producer to join the Creative Operations team as the first individual contributor in this newly established function. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you will lead the execution of complex creative projects from conception through delivery, spanning brand campaigns, product launches, film and photo shoots, customer stories, web, out-of-home advertising, digital, and experiential activations.
You will translate creative vision into executable production plans while maintaining both strategic oversight and tactical excellence. Your responsibilities include leading end-to-end production across integrated, multi-channel campaigns; building and managing detailed budgets and schedules with accountability for on-time, in-scope delivery; negotiating vendor contracts and protecting intellectual property; and designing repeatable processes and tools that enable scale without compromising creative quality.
You will anticipate challenges and proactively surface solutions, establish benchmarks for quality and vendor performance, and act as connective tissue between brand, design, marketing, engineering, and external partners. Working closely with the Director of Creative Ops, you will identify and remove roadblocks that slow the creative process, advocate for a culture balancing creative freedom with operational discipline, and communicate clearly with stakeholders of varying levels of creative fluency.
Brex is the intelligent finance platform enabling companies to spend smarter across more than 200 markets, combining global corporate cards and banking with spend management, bill pay, and travel software. The company serves tens of thousands of leading companies including DoorDash, Coinbase, Robinhood, Zoom, Plaid, Reddit, and SeatGeek.
The role is based in San Francisco or New York City with a hybrid environment requiring a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday), plus up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.

- 8+ years of experience in production roles within creative studios and in-house brand teams

- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills; calm under pressure with sharp attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and build alignment across diverse stakeholders
- Outstanding communication skills—able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively with teammates, executives, and external partners
- Positive, collaborative attitude with ability to elevate team culture and energy
