Port is an Agentic SDLC Platform that helps engineering teams build, govern, and operate the software development lifecycle with AI agents. Following a $100M Series C funding round, the company is in a growth and global expansion phase. As Senior BI Analyst, you are the business-facing anchor of Port's analytics function, owning the BI platform that the entire company uses to answer critical questions. Your role bridges data infrastructure and business strategy, ensuring that metrics are trusted, consistent, and actionable across all teams. Key responsibilities include: **BI Platform Ownership**: Design and manage the end-to-end dashboard architecture, establish standards for report building and certification, manage access and governance, and ensure the platform remains performant and reliable. **Metrics Governance**: Build and maintain a certified KPI catalog with documented logic and clear ownership. Arbitrate metric definitions across teams (GTM, Finance, CS, Product) so that terms like "win rate" have consistent meaning company-wide and are encoded once in the semantic layer. **Self-Serve Analytics**: Empower stakeholders to answer their own questions by making the BI platform accessible, intuitive, and built on trusted definitions. Drive adoption and reduce ad-hoc reporting requests. **Analytics Guild Leadership**: Co-lead the company-wide community of practice connecting domain analysts across functions. Run enablement sessions, make tooling decisions, and conduct reviews to keep everyone aligned on standards and the certified KPI catalog. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with GTM, Finance, CS, and Product teams to translate business questions into clear, reusable metrics. Work closely with the AI Data Engineer to ensure business definitions translate consistently into technical implementations across dashboards and AI agents. **Platform Health**: Own access control, performance optimization, certification processes, and data cleanup. You are equal parts platform owner, metrics authority, and enabler of the analysts around you. This role requires someone who loves turning messy business questions into clear, trusted, self-serve answers while raising the analytical bar for the entire organization.
