Salary: USD 220,000 - 310,000 / annual
A San Francisco-based litigation firm is seeking a Senior Attorney with 8+ years of experience in complex commercial, securities, and trade secret disputes. The role involves substantial responsibility for interfacing with courts, opposing counsel, and clients on high-stakes matters. You will work on corporate governance, securities/investment, and trade secret litigation for individuals, corporations, tech companies, and investors.

The position offers flexibility—either full-time or flex-schedule arrangements—with compensation aligned to scope of work.
