The Strategic Initiatives team builds internal software and financial models that power GoodLeap's lending programs. This Senior Associate role is designed for someone with a strong finance, analytical, or operations background who is curious about AI coding tools and their potential.
In this position, you will work directly with GoodLeap teams to understand business problems, then collaborate with a senior teammate to use AI coding agents (Claude Code and similar tools) to build working models, tools, and features. The role emphasizes learning and growth—you'll start by building alongside more experienced colleagues, then progressively take on more independent ownership of projects.
