Razorpay, one of India's leading fintech companies, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate in Legal to join its in-house legal team. The role focuses on contracts and advisory work across the organization's growing financial technology operations. You will handle a wide range of legal matters including corporate advisory, product-related legal analysis, and end-to-end contract negotiation (including IT contracts). Working collaboratively with internal departments and external stakeholders, you'll draft and negotiate agreements while providing strategic legal advice to protect the company's interests. Key responsibilities include: - Managing corporate and product advisory matters with strong contract negotiation skills - Providing legal guidance on RBI regulations, fintech laws, employment law, digital lending, and intellectual property - Independently coordinating with internal teams and external partners - Conducting legal research and analysis on fintech-related products and regulatory matters - Maintaining legal expense tracking and MIS documentation - Supporting regulatory projects and initiatives across the organization - Analyzing new product launches from a legal and compliance perspective You should have 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in law firms, fintech companies, banks, or multinational corporations. A combination of law firm and in-house experience is preferred. Strong English communication and drafting skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
