As Senior Associate, FP&A, you will be a key member of the FP&A Go-To-Market team, reporting to the FP&A Senior Manager based in Hong Kong. Your primary focus will be translating data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations that drive business decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting deep-dive financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Developing and enhancing financial policies and frameworks
- Partnering closely with the global sales organization to provide financial insights and drive smarter outcomes
- Contributing to the company's financial strategy and helping shape the broader business direction
- Operating independently with sound judgment and minimal guidance
- Maintaining both detail-oriented execution and a strategic, global perspective
