Ophelia is a venture-backed healthtech startup providing FDA-approved medication and clinical care for opioid use disorder (OUD) through a telehealth platform. The company operates across 16 states and is scaling rapidly. The Community Partnership team drives B2B growth by building and managing relationships with community-based organizations, health systems, payors, and correctional facilities. The team has grown from 3 to 10+ Community Partnership Managers (CPMs) in 2026, expanding across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and beyond. Each CPM owns a territory end-to-end, sourcing new partnerships and managing existing ones. As Senior Associate, Community Partnership Operations, you will provide operational and analytical support to the Sr. Director of Partnerships and the growing CPM team. You'll absorb high-volume recurring work that currently sits with leadership, enabling CPMs to maximize field impact. **Key Responsibilities:** **Execution & Follow-Through:** Drive action items from weekly CPM and cross-functional meetings end-to-end. Curate and maintain the team's partner-facing collateral library, organizing materials and flagging outdated content. Maintain a running log across 10+ reps' requests to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. **Playbook Ownership & Documentation:** Own the weekly review cycle for the CPM playbook, keeping it accurate and structuring new content as the team scales into new markets. Maintain it as the team's genuine source of truth. **Data, Analytics & Systems Ownership:** Pull and analyze large datasets from BI tools (Lightdash, Looker, Tableau) and Google Sheets to answer ad-hoc questions. Monitor existing dashboards for accuracy and flag anomalies. Own CRM cleanup and data hygiene (deduplicating records, fixing mis-tagged accounts, ensuring partner/referral data reliability). Manage the intake and lifecycle of data and product requests from CPMs and leadership, acting as the point of contact with data/engineering teams. Over time, partner with the data team on more complex analyses and grow into owning dashboards directly. You'll work directly with the Sr. Director of Partnerships and touch every part of the CPM function. This role is ideal for someone equally comfortable being a project manager chasing loose ends and an analyst pulling insightful datasets to guide decision-making. **Requirements:** - 2-4+ years of operations/data experience in operations, business analysis, or similar analytical role - Comfortable with ambiguity; able to start with vague asks, dig, talk to people, and scope work independently - Independent operator who can run systems (trackers, datasets, playbooks) end-to-end with minimal oversight - Strong data fluency: Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and comfort pulling/structuring large datasets in BI tools - Stakeholder coordination skills; able to turn vague asks into well-scoped requests and follow through to resolution - Data-driven execution mindset; uses data to flag anomalies and spot gaps, not just report numbers - Clear communicator who translates between CPM field needs, data/engineering priorities, and leadership calls - Growth mindset; curious and eager to learn new tools and workflows; captures learnings for team benefit - Mission-driven; passionate about improving access to care for underserved populations **Preferred:** - High-growth healthtech startup experience - Exposure to OUD/SUD treatment, behavioral health, or healthcare operations - Experience with CRM systems and data hygiene/cleanup work - Sales or pipeline management experience (directly or indirectly)
