Intellect is a workplace mental health and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) provider scaling rapidly across Australia and New Zealand. This role serves as the ANZ General Manager's strategic operations partner, driving regional priorities to completion across Product, Operations, Clinical, Legal, and Revenue functions without requiring constant GM oversight. You will own the operational and strategic workload that currently exceeds the commercial team's capacity, with a target of unlocking AUD 1.5M in additional new business within 12 months. This is not a sales or tender-writing role—it is the operating engine that frees the commercial team to focus on winning and retaining clients. Key responsibilities include: **Drive ANZ priorities through regional HQ:** Convert the GM's strategic priorities into clear, structured requests for cross-functional teams and track completion. Run weekly ANZ-to-HQ status meetings with escalation only when decisions are needed. Maintain a live register of ANZ strategic initiatives with owners, status, dependencies, and next actions. Project-manage the HQ side of new client go-lives, including product configuration, clinical resourcing, and operations setup. **Execute strategic initiatives:** Own 3–5 ANZ initiatives simultaneously (e.g., new service lines, service improvements, psychosocial risk products). Define scope, timeline, dependencies, and success criteria. Write structured product requirements rather than making verbal requests. Research competitor proposals, pricing, and value propositions for 2027. Identify SLA gaps against market expectations. Build business cases and briefing packs for leadership. **Run pipeline and reporting operations:** Maintain accurate ANZ HubSpot pipeline weekly (stage, close date, ACV, last activity). Own ANZ data for monthly business reviews in regional standard format. Flag pipeline coverage gaps three months ahead of quarter end. **Coordinate tender compliance and capacity:** Chair Go/No-Go decisions on new tenders and maintain decision criteria. Own compliance pre-checks before submissions (insurance, Fair Jobs Code, data sovereignty, accreditation). Back up the RFP specialist on priority bids and manage external bid consultants' scope and cost. **Handle people and business administration:** Coordinate ANZ people processes with the People team. Scope office and operating requirements. Keep the GM's calendar clear of non-commercial administration. **Requirements** Must-haves: - 3–6 years in management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, or commercial roles, ideally at a scaling B2B or SaaS company - Demonstrated track record of taking an initiative from an incomplete brief to a finished outcome with minimal supervision (must be able to describe one in detail) - Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions, including the ability to tell senior people "no" or "not now" and make it stick - Comfort with ambiguity: make calls on partial information and adjust rather than waiting for certainty - Strong commercial and financial skills: pricing, margin, business cases, and pipeline analysis - Disciplined project management: registers, cadences, and follow-through without reminders - Clear, concise writing for executive audiences Nice-to-haves: - Experience with HubSpot or another CRM, and with reporting and dashboard tools - Exposure to tenders, procurement, or regulated industries (health, insurance, government) - Knowledge of the Australian market or of EAP, workplace mental health, or psychosocial risk - Confident, practical use of AI tools to move faster
