As Senior Associate, Business Operations & Analytics, you will be a core strategic partner driving data-informed decisions across the company's most critical initiatives, including carrier growth, product development from 0-1, and operational optimization. You will work closely with the VP of BizOps & Analytics (ex-BCG, Better) and collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate customer performance insights into user and partner acquisition strategies
- Leading the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features to inform product and business strategy
- Defining, testing, and optimizing levers for profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth
- Identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency
- Leveraging advanced machine learning models to conduct in-depth analyses and extract actionable insights
The role requires a bachelor's degree in a quantitative or intellectually rigorous discipline, plus 2+ years of management consulting experience from a top-tier firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred) or relevant business analysis/operations experience. You should be highly comfortable with SQL and complex data analysis, possess strong first-principles problem-solving skills, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels from front-line employees to C-suite executives.
